Spoonful of Sun

A poem

Slice of blue sky

Sprinkled cotton clouds

Pitcher of rain

Sounds of thunder abound.

Pinch of lightening

Sprinkle of stars

Pieces of rainbow

Shining behind cloudy cotton jars.

Scrap of a new moon

Hiding behind fistfuls of tree tops

Crumbs of sunshine

Spoonful of Sun

All blended harmoniously

Inside the dynamic bowl of Nature.
